hands on experience of leading and growing the diversity & inclusion agenda for HSBC one of the largest global banking and finance service organisations in the world, including leading HSBC UK as the Head of Diversity and Inclusion.   Fiona talks in real terms, not corporate speak or textbook, but in an authentic way which comes from a place of lived experience and from doing. Her passion and knowledge of DEI and how to do it well is second to none. She is a highly sought-after DEI practitioner, awards judge, speaker, panellist and DEI thought leader,. Fiona serves as a Non-Executive Director on 2 boards, a Trustee, Chair of People Committee.

Programme Lead & DEI Consultant 

 Lisa  has been working in the diversity and inclusion space for over 10 years. With a background in financial services and telecommunications, having a wide variety of roles in customer experience and leadership prior to moving into the DEI space. Lisa is experienced in leading inclusion strategy and making change that you can measure, that people can see as well as feel. Lisa has proven track record of making impactful change in driving inclusive culture as well as improving the diversity demographics.    

She is passionate about mental health and wellbeing, employee engagement, inclusive communications, employee networks and an advocate and change maker for the LGBTQ+ community.

 Executive and Business Coach  & Programme Lead

Jax is a creative, straight talker originating from Australia and now lives in Cambridge. She is a coach who loves to see people, teams and businesses find a place of true happiness, success and deliver sustainable change. With a background in theatre and dramatic arts, discovering her love for people, Jax went on to running her own small business and scaled it to serving several international markets (and that was before Google was a thing).
With post graduate qualifications in leadership, Jax has experience within Global organisations over 4 continents, spread across 3 decades.   Jax specialises in coaching leaders, teams, business owners, communities find those pivotal moments through exploring a holistic view to building a path to success. Jax has a particular fire for inclusion and centred around her purpose in career and life 

 Executive and Business Coach 

Tom is an executive coach and organisational development expert with extensive leadership experience from a long career in leading people functions and operating at c-suite level. He understands the challenge facing executives and senior leaders and is adept in exploring systems, strengths,  development areas, and relationships to encourage positive cognitive and behavioural change. He is passionate about inclusion and supports organisations to improve their cultures and leverage the opportunities diversity brings.

Tom has extensive corporate experience working across retail, telecoms, local government, and most recently financial services. As the Chief People Officer of an ambitious, listed financial services business, he drove significant change and faced complex and extensive problems. 

He has coached senior and c-suite leaders and entrepreneurs across several industries and professions. He was named in the LGBT Great Top 50 LGBT executives and allies for three successive years. He has also appeared on Zircon’s Chief Psychology Officer podcast to talk about the importance of organisations having a true commitment to DEI.
