Tom has extensive corporate experience working across retail, telecoms, local government, and most recently financial services. As the Chief People Officer of an ambitious, listed financial services business, he drove significant change and faced complex and extensive problems.
He has coached senior and c-suite leaders and entrepreneurs across several industries and professions. He was named in the LGBT Great Top 50 LGBT executives and allies for three successive years. He has also appeared on Zircon’s Chief Psychology Officer podcast to talk about the importance of organisations having a true commitment to DEI.
