Our story began with a passion for helping businesses succeed in respect of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI)  Our founder saw a need for personalized, results-driven DEI consulting services, and set out to create a company that would meet that need. That was almost 5 years, and we continue to uphold that same passion and commitment to excellence.

Our mission is to help business thrive. We aim to support companies to have DEI as a permanent strategic business priority, positioned as a key enabler in achieving their strategic priorities, and included and embedded in their governance  frameworks.

We may be small, but we are big on impact and our innate passion of, inspiring organisations to move from diversity to inclusion, equity and belonging.

At FD2i we always strive to be a little different too, and our CEO recognised her passion for helping people to thrive and DEI can be united. This is why our story is also about paying  it forward to leaders, diverse talent,  DEI professionals and, anyone who has a passion for DEI who is seeking personal and professional growth and development.
